The Chopped Brisket Bowl is every bit as tasty as the Ballin' Brisket Bowl except this bowl uses shredded, 14 hour smoked brisket. You're getting 70 grams of smokey, tender, chopped brisket, 300 grams of rice, Chinese green long beans, Chinese-style sliced sesame cucumbers, Vietnamese-style pickled carrot & daikon, and half a hard-boiled egg.
