We deep fry fries (250 g) then pile on taco spiced ground beef (100 g) then top it off with fresh salsa, shredded cheese, diced onions, jalapeos, and chives with sour cream and creamy chipotle sauce drizzled on top.

These french fries are an American creation that even Fidel Castro would find pleasant! This dish has French fries (250 g) with our 12-hour Slow-Cooked Cuban Mojo Pork (100 g) that's infused with garlic, fresh herbs & spices plus citrusy flavors.
