'Tio de Santa Barbara' is a California-style Mexican taco restaurant and the only place in Korea that serves 'California-style Mexican food'. All menu items, including tacos, burritos, and enchiladas, are reinterpreted with a local sensibility, taking advantage of the brighter and lighter flavors than American-style Mexican. All ingredients are prepared right in the restaurant, and various sauces, such as salsa, guacamole, and hot sauce, are also made in-house. That's why, the moment you take a bite, you can experience 'the taste of the real Santa Barbara'.
