Panela Dulce Farm is located near Baru Volcano in the Boquete region at around 1,650m above sea level. The areas volcanic soil, wide daily temperature range, microclimate, and humid mist known as Bajareque create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Only fully ripe cherries are selected and dried for 2530 days, bringing out the delicate character and high quality of the Geisha variety. The sugars and flavors of the coffee cherry deeply infuse into the green beans, producing complex sweetness, rich juiciness, and deep aroma.

In 2015, the farm purchased new land and began cultivating Geisha brought from Costa Rica, alongside varieties such as Bourbon, Caturra, and Marshell. This coffee undergoes a refined washed process: double fermentation with cherry and mucilage, followed by three rounds of washing, then 12 days of drying in a solar dryer. The result is a clean cup with emphasized flavor clarity.
