Caramel Marshmallow Chocolate Cookie

Dark chocolate cookie-base filled with "from-scratch" caramel (sugar, butter, cream, salt), topped with one marshmallow. That may seem overly sweet but you'd find it surprisingly balanced as the dark chocolate pairs well with the mildly smooth sweetness of the caramel and a hint of sugar fluff from the marshmallow.

The ever elusive Red Velvet. There are plenty of places that totally misses the tastes that is Red Velvet. This cookie provides that soft textured bite with the "velvety" rich taste from white chocolate chips and topped off with drizzle white chocolate ganache.

Biscoff (Lotus) Cheesecake

Biscoff cookie butter and cheesecake. What you will find upon each bite is a smooth, slightly dense, creamy consistency followed by Biscoff cookie butter's unique flavors that can be described as a cross between cinnamon graham crackers, and gingerbread/shortbread cookies. This definitely will be a party favorite.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

It is that time of the year, pumpkin-everything season! We are happy to introduce our version of the popular drink, pumpkin spice latte. Served either hot or iced, topped with whipped heavy cream, a dash of pumpkin spice, this latte is made using whole (read: no artificial) ingredients. Our recipe consists of a selected combination of pumpkin puree, whole milk, vanilla, spices, and espresso.

With our pies, you get a balance of flavors (between our pumpkin puree (baked pumpkin, water), pumpkin spices, vanilla and sugar) as well as a distinct texture with each bite not found in store-bought pumpkin pies. This is a treat that will sit well in your tummy after any meal... or for breakfast!

Cold Brew Concentrate

Cold-brewed coffee isn’t iced coffee. No two cold brew coffee would taste the same if brewed properly as well as not all coffee beans and blends are created equal. A side by side taste comparison is a fun experiment. Give it a try! The beans chosen for our cold brew have been tasting tested to our specifications and steeped in cold water for 24 hours. This produces a coffee concentrate that can be served over ice, with a touch of cream, or milk.
With our cold brew concentrate, you may experience notes of nutty, dark chocolate, gentle sweetness, with a touch of floral taste.

*Serving instructions
- Water-to-coffee ratio influences coffee’s strength and its flavor, so we recommend starting with 2oz (30ml) cold brew to 6oz (170ml) of water or milk of choice (total 8oz/200ml) then adjust to taste.

Espresso

The espresso. The foundation of nearly every "coffee drink" found in all coffee shops. Every tasted a sharp bitterness or a paper-like taste in your coffee? That is because espresso was not brewed correct and beans gone stale. A great tasting espresso provides bold flavors. At Tiny Sweets, we make espresso right.

Long Black

Americano. Long black. The difference is as simple as either water over espresso or espresso over water. Here at Tiny Sweets, we produce the latter, as the overall flavor of the espresso is not lost when brewed over water. You'll find your coffee stronger than usual as we use proper espresso breweing techniques with timing and water-ratio.
