We make our Kong-guksu (cold soybean noodle soup) with beans (directly sent from a farm in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do), almond and sesame seed ground by ourselves.
Also, our Yeolmu kimchi (young summer radish kimchi) made by the head family house with tradition using red pepper flakes from Korea, so that it tastes better than Kimchi made in China
Moreover, we've changed our noodles contains good-quality rice up to 40% for the better-quality chewy noodles.
Dumplings are handmade with pork from Korea, and 8 different ingredients.
Every day, we even eat our noodles and dumplings we make. Thank you for belive in our food and order.
