Every dish is prepared with fresh, clean ingredients that are hand-prepped every morning to ensure top quality. All chicken used is boneless, and customers can choose from three spice levels: *Mild (sweet & slightly spicy) *Medium (similar to Shin Ramyun) *Hot (similar to Buldak spicy noodles) Yunbanjang maintains the highest hygiene standards with an open kitchen and is a proud member of the CESCO sanitation program. To ensure peak freshness, cooking begins only after a delivery is dispatched, not when the order is placed.
