The legacy started with a need for a taste of home... and some rooftop smoked meat. After a few years, a brick 'n mortar was built where people could stuff their mouth holes on the daily, with the classic taste of home.
This is where it all started for me. I was a super picky eater as a kid, but then I tasted pulled pork and it became my first favorite food.
Tender, smoky pork shoulder (hand-pulled to order) served on a crunchy herb toasted bun and topped with Tangy OG sauce and dill pickles.

Gosh, I missed Okra so much, here it is! Bite-sized and hand-breaded in a seasoned cornmeal crust.
